UT Regional One Physicians is proud to welcome Drs. Sushma Bellamkonda and Aaron Rank to Regional One Health’s neurology and anesthesiology services.

Dr. Bellamkonda is a neurologist at Regional One Health and an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed her internal medicine internship and neurology residency at University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her neuro-oncology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.

Dr. Bellamkonda bases her care philosophy on the idea that everyone is to help one another.

“It is a pleasure to interact with my patients and do what I can to help them,” she said. “We are all human and suffer the same pain and are rewarded with the same smiles and joys.”

Dr. Rank is an anesthesiologist at Regional One Health and an assistant professor at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. He completed his internship and residency in anesthesiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Rank treats each patient like he would want a family member to be treated when seeking medical care.

“Each patient has their own medical challenges that need to be addressed on an individual and personal level,” he said. “I strive to treat each patient with the compassion and excellence I would wish for my own family member.”
