Regional One Health, through its partner Covalus|Allworld, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for architectural design services for its campus modernization project.  The RFP has been developed to identify and engage the most qualified design partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective and innovative solutions to achieving Regional One Health’s vision to construct a multi-phase academic medical center campus.

This ambitious project reflects Regional One Health’s commitment to delivering world-class healthcare and aims to revitalize its presence in Memphis by replacing an outdated campus with a modern, patient-centered environment. Regional One Health invites architectural partners to fulfill the vision for a landmark facility that blends innovative design with operational excellence.  The design will support patient-centered healing, medical education, and flexibility for future expansion and technological advancements.

Qualified architectural firms were invited to participate in the RFP process based on previously submitted credentials regarding the firms’ size, capabilities, experience, available staff, special resources, financial strength and other key factors important for a successful project.  Proposals are due July 10, 2025, and a firm selection is expected in August 2025.
