Recognizing the need to provide convenient primary care services to the downtown community, Regional One Health has opened Harbor of Health.

“We have opened Harbor of Health with a new framework for service delivery,” said Susan Cooper, senior vice president of ambulatory services at Regional One Health. “From the personalities and expertise of the providers to the business operations of the practice, we are creating a health care experience focusing on the needs and priorities of our patients.”

Harbor of Health provides primary care services, including pediatrics. The office is currently staffed by a nurse practitioner, Ms. Tamika Bolden, FNP-C, MSN, APN. Tamika’s unique nurse practitioner experience in retail clinics, school health and hospital-based primary care settings has shaped her patient-centered approach to family medicine. Tamika enjoys seeing the effects of positive lifestyle changes and a healthy outlook in her patients. Her care philosophy is to “create an environment where a patient always participates and has a say in their care.”

Additional providers, including a certified nurse mid-wife, will come on board in the future.  Harbor of Health currently offers extended hours to fit the busy schedules of patients, including 7 a.m. appointments and same day appointments.  As new providers join the group, extended hours including night and weekend appointments will also be available.

Harbor of Health is located at 718 Harbor Bend Road.  For more information or to make an appointment, call 901-515-4200.
