PACE 013

PACE nurses

Thirty eight nurses were recently recognized at Regional One Health for their progression in the PACE program. PACE (Professional Accountability and Clinical Excellence) is a clinical ladder program at Regional One Health, designed to promote and recognize excellence in nursing practice and provides an environment that positively impacts patient outcomes and promotes a high standard of care. Nurses who participate in the program are also encouraged to take part in community outreach and professional development and advancement in nursing through the attainment of nursing certifications.

The PACE nurse provides quality patient care, focuses on exceeding the patient’s expectations, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to help patients attain, maintain, or improve optimal health and quality of life.
