We are currently seeking volunteers to assist patients in our waiting room and outpatient waiting room.
Regional One Health offers a variety of unique and rewarding volunteer opportunities for community members who want to support our team as we deliver lifesaving, life-changing care to patients from all over the Mid-South. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist in waiting areas in the hospital and outpatient/clinic settings.

Our current volunteer opportunities include:
Waiting Room Volunteers
- Shifts: 7-11 a.m. or 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Location: Regional One Health, 877 Jefferson Avenue
- What you’ll do: Greet and assist patients and guests in a friendly manner, help patients and visitors get checked in, give directions to various locations around the hospital, help with clerical work, ensure the guest area is attended appropriately.
Outpatient Waiting Room Volunteers
- Shifts: Minimum of 2 hours
- Location: Regional One Health, 877 Jefferson Avenue
- What you’ll do: Greet and assist patients and guests in a friendly manner, greet and assist patients with online check-in, help patients and visitors as they arrive for clinic appointments, give directions to various locations around the hospital.
