The Department of Medicine, the largest of all the medical departments at Regional One Health, provides high quality outpatient and inpatient care for patients. The Department has maintained a proud tradition of excellence in patient care for patients in the area for more than a century. As the primary teaching affiliate of University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, the department also support University’s three-part mission of Research, Teaching, and Patient Care.
The Department of Medicine at Regional One Health is committed to excellent patient care with the highest medical and ethical standards. The primary care is delivered through its state of the art clinics in the outpatient center. This is supplemented by its wide network of primary care clinics across the Shelby County and through partnerships with family medicine clinics, Church Health Center and Christ Community Heath System.
