Teresa Ford, CFNP is a certified family nurse practitioner at Regional One Health. She sees patients at Regional One Health Cancer Care, where she assists with a variety of surgical oncology services.

Teresa earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science at South University in Savannah, Georgia. She also trained at St. Joseph School of Nursing in Memphis.

Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Teresa has over 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and registered nurse. She has worked with patients in obstetric, pediatric, geriatric, post-surgical, cardiovascular critical care and other settings.
