Pooja Gupta, MD

Pooja Gupta, MD is a pulmonary and critical care physician at Regional One Health. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine.

Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree at Maulana Azad Medical College in India and completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at St. Mary’s Health Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She finished her Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dr. Gupta has been in practice and seeing patients for more than 15 years. She has a special interest in COPD, asthma, lung cancer and advanced bronchoscopy.

Her work has been published in Respiratory Care and Journal of Intensive Care Medicine, and she has been a presenter at a number of professional conferences.

Dr. Gupta is an active member of the American College of Physicians, American Thoracic Society, and American College of Chest Physicians.
