Patricia Lynn Little, MD
Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine services at Regional One Health
Patricia Lynn Little, MD is a physician at Regional One Health working in anesthesiology. Dr. Little received her medical degree from University of Minnesota at Minneapolis.
She completed her residency in anesthesiology at the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis and her fellowship in interventional pain medicine at University of California San Francisco. She is also double board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine.
Dr. Little became a physician because she felt the practice of medicine is the best way to use her skills, interests and dedication to excellence to benefit her community and help others. “I feel medicine is the best occupation to
express my love for others through the use of my mind, body and soul,” she said.
Her goal for her patients is to provide them with excellent, evidence-based anesthesia care. She seeks to care for them as individuals with their own specific needs and health concerns, and to provide for their safety and maximum benefit, with an underlying compassion.
She has a passion for teaching and research borne out of her experience in operative anesthesia and caring for chronic pain and opioid addicted patients. She is particularly interested in helping advance the practice of
anesthesia as it relates to treating pain with better medications and modalities. She also seeks to research how the amelioration of PTSD may help patients with their rehabilitation and prevent the development of chronic pain and addiction.
