Marshe Turner, DNP, ANP-BC, MSN, is an adult nurse practitioner at Regional One Health. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Union University in Jackson, TN. Marshe is a board certified adult nurse practitioner and a registered nurse.
“I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to offer a higher level of care and service to patients,” Marshe shared. “By advancing my education and knowledge, I am able to offer advanced quality care. I truly enjoy the opportunity to connect with my patients and form relationships that allow me to assist them in making the best possible life choices.”
Marshe feels the most rewarding opportunity and experience in her career is caring for patients with Hepatitis C virus (HCV). “In a previous position, I gained valuable experience managing the care of individuals living with the virus,” Marshe said. “This experience proved invaluable when I began practicing at the Adult Special Care Center, caring for people living with HIV and AIDS. In my current role, I treat individuals that are co-infected with HCV and HIV.”
