
Kimary Lee-Banks, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC
Kimary Lee-Banks, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC is an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care nurse practitioner at Regional One Health. She sees patients at South Third Primary Care for physical exams, preventative care, hospital discharge, management of chronic and acute illnesses, and other health care needs.
Lee-Banks earned her Master of Science as an Adult-Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology Management from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. Prior to entering the field of healthcare, she worked as an Information Technology professional within the corporate sector.
Lee-Banks has over 10 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in diverse settings such as Geriatric/Adult Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation Care and Med-Surg. She is very detail oriented and strongly believes in providing comprehensive care to manage, detect and prevent complications from acute and chronic illness. She also has a strong passion for teaching about the importance of diet and exercise and believes in alternative medicine.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, yoga, spinning, reading, participating in antique car shows, watching documentaries and spending time outdoors with her son on the weekends.
She is an inductee of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and a member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nursing Association (GAPNA). She is also a provisional member of the Junior League of Memphis and is heavily involved in her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
