
Ivan Romero Legro, MD is a physician at Regional One Health and an assistant professor in the division of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Legro received his Doctor of Medicine & Surgery degree from Bosque University in Bogota, Colombia. He did his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI and his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Dr. Legro has given presentations in Chicago, IL and New Orleans, LA. He is a member of the International Society of Pleural Diseases, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Thoracic Society, American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology, Tennessee Medical Association, and American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Legro’s special interests are ICU ultrasound and interventional pulmonary. He speaks fluent Spanish and English.
