Gary Nace, MD, FACP is a physician at Regional One Health and the Assistant Dean for Technology Integration as well as an associate professor of medicine and medical education in the department of medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Nace earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN, where he also completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology & clinical pharmacology fellowship.
Dr. Nace’s work has been presented at national and regional meetings in New York City, NY, Washington, D.C., Chicago, IL, and San Diego, CA. His writings have been published in the Journal of Hospital Medicine, Critical Care Nurse, and Nephrology Nursing Journal. Dr. Nace’s special interests include hospital medicine, clinical informatics, practice-based learning, systems-based practice, and medical education.
