Farhan Aslam, MD is a physician at Regional One Health working in the cardiology department. Dr. Aslam received his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan.
He completed his residency and internship in internal medicine at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania and has completed fellowships in interventional cardiology at Carilion Clinic, Virginia Tech, in Roanoke, Virginia; cardiology at State of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York; and in advanced cardiac imaging at St. Luke Roosevelt, Mount Sinai in New York City.
Dr. Aslam’s patient care philosophy is to treat everyone as he would a family member and do his best to keep them healthy, just as he would want his own loved ones to be. His favorite part of treating his patients is to help them recover from illness and get back to a normal routine life. He also appreciates the praise and respect he receives from patients.
Dr. Aslam has extensive research experience and has produced work for many publications. He also has substantial experience thanks to his imaging and his interventional fellowships.
