Chinmayee Potti, MBBS

Chinmayee Potti, MBBS is a board-certified vascular surgeon at Regional One Health.

Dr. Potti earned her medical degree at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University in India. She completed her general surgery residency at Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University in Detroit and her vascular surgery fellowship at Ohio State University in Columbus.

Her research is published in Journal of Vascular Surgery Cases, Innovations and Techniques; Journal of Vascular Surgery; Critical Care Medicine; and more. She is the author of numerous textbook chapters and has been an invited lecturer and presenter at professional conferences nationally and internationally.

Dr. Potti has been on medical missions to Honduras, where she performed surgery on over 200 patients. In medical school, she founded Project Each One Teach One, which placed volunteers with underprivileged youth to improve graduation rates.

Dr. Potti is a polyglot, speaking several languages, and enjoys watercolor painting, soap carving, and performing classical Carnatic music and classical Bharatanatyam and Kuchupudi dance.
