Barry B. Phillips, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in elbow surgery, knee surgery, shoulder surgery, and sports medicine. Dr. Phillips earned his medical degree at University of Tennessee-Memphis after earning his bachelor's degree at University of Tennessee. He completed his residency at University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic and his Sports Medicine fellowship at Alabama Sports Medicine in Birmingham.
During his career, Dr. Phillips has received numerous Top Doctor and Best Orthopaedic Doctor awards.
His sports medicine coverage includes the University of Memphis (head team physician), Team USA Olympic Baseball (co-head team physician), Memphis Chicks (head team physician), Memphis Redbirds (head team physician), Major League Baseball (consultant).
