This class offers an overview of labor and birth in just 30 minutes. This condensed version of the Labor & Birth Class walks you through the very basics of labor and birth including: signs of labor, stages of labor, what to expect at the hospital, and practical ways to stay comfortable.
Classes are free and open to the public. To register, contact Childbirth Services at 901-545-8449. For in-person classes, all CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed. For online classes, the participants will receive the link, meeting ID, and password the night before each online session.
