William M. Mihalko, MD, PhD

William M. Mihalko, MD, PhD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement. His areas of expertise include robotic knee replacement surgery and total hip replacement surgery.

Dr. Mihalko earned his medical degree at Medical College of Virginia and his doctorate in biomedical engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University.

He completed residencies at Medical College of Virginia and State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed an Adult Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Missouri Bone and Joint Center, Barnes-Jewish Hospital; and an Orthopaedic Research fellowship at State University of New York Buffalo.

He is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Orthopaedic Research Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Association, The Knee Society, and The Hip Society.
