Victoria Taylor Milligan, MSPAS, PA-C

Victoria Taylor Milligan, MSPAS, PA-C is a certified physician assistant at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center at Regional One Health.  She also serves as the Trauma and Surgical Critical Care APP lead for University of Tennessee Regional One Physicians.

Victoria earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree at Bethel University, graduating summa cum laude. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

With eight years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care, Victoria brings a wealth of experience to her role at Regional One Health.  She has worked with diverse patient populations in both adult and pediatric settings, and is skilled in trauma assessment, a variety of procedures, interpreting lab and imaging results, and more.
