Mary Mitchell, MPT, PT

Mary Mitchell, MPT, PT is a physical therapist at Regional One Health.  She sees patients for outpatient physical therapy at the Main Campus in downtown Memphis.

Mary earned her Master of Physical Therapy at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.  She has 20 years of clinical practice experience and has been part of the Regional One Health team since 2006.

Her areas of expertise include burn rehabilitation, wound care, neurological disorders, geriatrics, orthopedics, and complex multi-trauma care. She has worked in acute care, home health, skilled nursing, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Mary also has a wealth of experience from her service in the U.S. Army. She served as a combat medic from 1992-2000, which developed her strong leadership skills and ability to make clinical decisions under pressure.

Mary prides herself on delivering patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and military-trained professionalism.
