Ariel Long, DO is a sleep medicine physician at Regional One Health (ROH). She sees patients at our ROH Sleep Clinic, located at the East Campus, 6555 Quince Road.
Dr. Long earned her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM). She completed her residency in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) and practiced as a primary care physician for four years before returning to UTHSC to complete her fellowship in Sleep Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Sleep Medicine.
At our ROH Sleep Clinic, Dr. Long provides care for patients with a wide range of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and circadian rhythm disorders.
Dr. Long has presented at local and national conferences, and her research interests center on quality improvement in sleep medicine. Her work focuses on the management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adolescents and adults, with the goal of closing gaps in screening and diagnosis, enhancing adherence to PAP and alternative therapies, and evaluating patient-centered outcomes across the transition from pediatric to adult care.
She is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
