Pedro Argoti Torres, MD, is an OB/GYN physician at Regional One Health and an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Argoti Torres received his medical degree from University of Cauca in Cauca, Colombia. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology internship at State University
of New York at Buffalo and his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. Dr. Argoti Torres has a master’s degree in public health from John Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Dr. Argoti Torres’ work has been published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Research, Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Contemporary OB/GYN and the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He has given presentations in Denver; Orlando; and Queenstown, New Zealand. Dr. Argoti Torres is fluent in English and Spanish.
