Laura Sprabery, MD

Laura Sprabery, MD is a physician at Regional One Health as well as co-chief and an associate professor in the division of general internal medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Sprabery earned her medical degree from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, MS and completed her residency in internal medicine at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

“I love being a physician because of the chance to establish relationships with my patients and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment,” Dr. Sprabery shared. “I like working with patients to make lifestyle choices they can sustain.”

Dr. Sprabery is a member of American College of Physicians, Alpha Omega Alpha, Society of General Internal Medicine, Member Association of Chiefs and Leaders of General Internal Medicine, and Southern Society of Clinical Investigation. Dr. Sprabery’s work has been published in Primary Care in Gynecology, Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinics of North America, and Journal of Clinical Ethics.
