Danielle Tate, MD, FACOG is an OB/GYN at Regional One Health and an assistant professor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Tate received her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Dr. Tate is the recipient of the 2012 Golden Apple Teaching Award for Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTHSC. She is a member of the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, American Medical Association, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, and Bluff City Medical Society. Dr. Tate’s special interests include HIV and pregnancy, centering for pregestational diabetes, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and Preeclampsia.
