Services Provided
Our Team
Our caring team, led by family medicine provider, Dr. Richard Hayes, MD and certified family nurse practitioner Tomisha Byard, covers the full range of primary care needs, from preventative medicine to treatment for acute and chronic illness. But those are only the basics – our goal is to get to know patients as people, allowing us to establish an ongoing care relationship that focuses on your unique individual needs. This relationship lets us go beyond diagnosis and treatment of medical problems. As a provider, we can gain a clear understanding of your medical history as well as your concerns and goals, which lets us tailor your plan of care. As a patient, you can gain the trust and comfort level you need to have honest conversations about how to protect and improve your health.
We look forward to both providing for your primary care needs and helping facilitate additional care such as screening, medications and referrals to specialists.
