Phillip Langsdon, MD, FACS is a facial plastic surgeon at Regional One Health and professor and Chief in the division of facial plastic surgery and the department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Langsdon received his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR where he did his internship in general surgery. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN and his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at McCollough Clinic through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) in Birmingham, AL.
Dr. Langsdon has over 40 publications and has given over 200 medical lectures. He has served in medical missions to Haiti and has supported patient care and education programs in Haiti. Dr. Langsdon is a diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He sits on several committees for AAFPRS and has been recognized in The Best Doctors in America.
