Regional One Health Foundation SMS Terms and Conditions

SMS/text messages from Regional One Health Foundation are strictly related to Foundation updates, donor engagement, special events, capital improvements, fundraising campaigns, and philanthropic solicitations. Personal information collected through SMS will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, and donors may request deletion of their information at any time, subject to applicable law.

Program Description
Messages may include and are not limited to invitations to Foundation events, information about campaigns and institutional priorities, updates on capital projects and community impact, donation opportunities, and other communications related to the charitable mission of Regional One Health Foundation.

Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with the Foundation, but donors should expect consideration to be given to ensure that outreach is kept at a reasonable frequency

Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS marketing or fundraising messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation or receiving healthcare services from Regional One Health.
