SUMMARY:Lunch & Learn: Wellbeing During Menopause
DESCRIPTION:We’re inviting women from our community to learn from experts and one another as they navigate menopause. Our goal is to empower women to lead a vibrant\, active life as they age! Join Dr. Pallavi Khanna\, an OB/GYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner\, and other health care experts for evidence-based information on topics such as hot flashes\, sexual health\, maintaining strong bones\, healthy eating\, emotional health and breast health. \nThis Lunch & Learn session\, in partnership with our Menopause Support Group\, will feature information from a registered dietician about how to promote wellbeing during menopause.
